Hello, my dears!
I feel it appropriate to send this little note on the heels of a holiday devoted to expressing gratitude and thanks for the people in our lives. A few months ago, I asked for help and you answered. You’ve honored my Mom so beautifully with your words, your hugs and your donations. I am overwhelmed and so very appreciative of all you have done for my family and CP Rochester during this journey. Namaste.
I also wanted to show you in REAL terms how much this little campaign of ours impacts the lives of people who need a little help. How so? Well, as I write this, the final donation tally is $6,195!! That bears repeating and applause: SIX-THOUSAND-ONE-HUNDRED-NINETY-FIVE DOLLARS!!
The good folks at CP Rochester let me know that your donations make any one of the following possible for folks with disabilities:
300 Adaptive Ski Lessons (for increased mobility)
80 Voice Recorders (for speech development)
60 Sensory Training Wheels (to help with balance and mobility)
20 Shower Chairs (to help folks live more independently)
12 Customized iPads (to help special needs kids develop cognitive skills)
